May I ask are you on a laptop or mobile device as it would be easiest on a laptop or desktop.

Perfect so today we will be going through some basics such as creating categories, adding and editing products, sorting the delivery areas and to finish we will cover some of the support lines available for you.

CATEGORIES:
- Cover how you can create either one or multiple categories at once
- ask them to create a category for sake of the walkthrough
- Basics I know to explain

- Further down the meta title and Desc will also be covered in WT2
- Next over on right side ADD prod to this category
- Main Image jpg,jpeg,png,gif,bmp max file size 6MB, can select from computer or right click copy image address
After any changes made go back to top and
SAVE

PRODUCTS:
- Head over to products category over on the right side you can add a product.
- Cover what drop downs do and explain options
- Explain add extra categories tickbox
- Ask to make a product for the sake of the walkthrough or just use a pre made one
- Cover the base options while heading down till SKU,
- SKU stock-keeping unit used to keep track of stock if they dont use it
- Admin notes are only visible to them
- Discount's refer to whether the product can be ordered as a standalone or an extra only tell them they can hover over the text itself to see and explanation if they ever forget. USUALLY USED FOR GENERATORS
- Categories again
- PIPA Tag if product has been tested some events may require rentals to be pipa tested.

- Advanced options will be covered in walkthrough 2
- Related products and packages will be covered in future walkthrough as well
- Uploading main image works the same as before
- Pricing options Price is self explanatory
- On Offer is the actual discount that will appear on the front end
- Option below is the amount original price will be discounted by
- Display options are self explanatory

SETTINGS > WEBSITE > DELIVERY

IF CUSTOMER IS UK > Delivery areas
- select delivery areas press green save on top of the webpage once again press the delivery tab and the blue cog of go to delivery setup
-ADD BULK OR INDIVIDUAL first off we will go with bulk add new delivery area on right hand side
- BULK ADD input first letter e.g. M or OL for oldham, list will be populated after pressing search with postcodes in that range enter the delivery cose and press save
- to add a single delivery address fill out the necessary information with customer.
- to get back go near the top under adding delivery areas follow the breadcrumb under and press on delivery areas to head back.
- scroll down to your delivery areas which have been populated with the areas with an added cost
- Show how you can split delivery areas by month to hide delivery areas in certain months
- show how you can keep postcodes ordered
- show how you can add messages for an area.
