Today we will be going over how to add content to your website, add images to galleries and finally we will cover email templates.

Lets start of with how to create pages
- Page Content > Pages
Same Layout as Products and Categories when it comes to adding new pages
- Click on the homepage / green edit button
Same Layout with page link and name
- Show in Top Links > ask them to press the view button > explain how pressing that top links will make the page appear in the top bar > back to admin
- Show in footer links just shows the page with the bottom links
- Order Number Dictates where in the bar the webpage will be e.g. you have 6 links at the top and you want home page to be in middle put num 3 and assign numbers as required to the others.

AI Content Generator
- Choose persona dictates how the text will be structured and worded, theres various to choose from and a more in depth guide of what they word things like can be seen by pressing the blue "i"
- Please provide short description, in this case it would be home page for "BUISNESS NAME" bouncy castle hire,
- Page Title will be at the top of the page so in this case it would be "BUISNESS NAME" -Bouncy castle hire
- Main services simply list out your main services that you provide
- Delivery areas - places you deliver to please seperate them with commas
- Keywords think of this as what would you search to find your buisness, for example Birthday parties and area you deliver to or school events in the area etc.
- Right hand side of that is whether you want to include emojis in the generated text
ONCE YOU ARE HAPY WITH THE TEXT > Blue generate description
- Down below you can fine tune the generated text, first of all lets look at your buisness name we are going to make it whats called a heading 1 - explain what it is, if you can please select your buisness name with your mouse for me so its all highlited now directly above it where the gray bar is with all the different icons there should be one that says heading > make it heading 1

- find text that is relevant to their created categories teach them how to link explain why good
- Dont Forget to include your buisness phone number and email in the description.
- below is the meta title is the element that defines the title of a web page
- meta description provides a summary of the webpage content
- over on right side near top you have guides avaiable on how to rank well with google
DONT COPY TEXT FROM HERE OR GOOGLE IT IMPACTS GOOGLE RANKING

TESTIMONIALS
PAGE CONTENT > TESTIMONIALS
- here you can add/edit testiomonials to be visible on your site

EMAIL TEMPLATES
> PAGE CONTENT > EMAIL TEMPLATES
> THE EMAILS THAT CAN BE SENT OUT ARE booking ammendement's
- Cancellations
- Confirmations are sent out automatically always
- Invoices
- Booking received sent out automatically to yourself
- insert table lists related products to their order
- Explain the mail merge tags on the right hand side,
- Cover the queue status option
- You can set queued email to automatically send by going into Settings > Website > HIRE > SEND ALL QUEUED EMAILS AUTOMATICALLY


IMAGES
PAGE CONTENT > GALLERIES
- Same layout as before if want to add Gallery right hand side input text add
- you can either add image from device or copy link from google, if you wish to replace existing images please make sure they are the same size as original.
