A. We deliver to the entire Willamette Valley! We are based in Salem, so we can drive up to Portland, down to Eugene, west towards Dallas and Independence and the coast, or east towards Stayton, Silverton and Detroit Lake. We do charge a delivery fee to cover our costs if you are located more than 5 miles from our warehouse in Salem.

A. We charge a delivery fee per mile between our storage facility (1241 Hawthorne Ave NE, Salem OR) and your location if you are more than 5 miles from our warehouse.

A. In May 2025, when we bought the business, we changed how delivery fees are calculated to better reflect our costs. FREE delivery is available within 5 miles of our warehouse in Salem.

A. Unfortunately our insurer will not allow customer pickup for most items. If you have a small order with no inflatables, please text us at 503-877-2212.

A. A 1 day rental includes up to 8 hours, depending on delivery schedule. If you need specific hours, please contact us.

A. Deliveries begin around 7 am. We will contact you a few days before your event to confirm your specific delivery time.

A. Pickup is before 8 pm unless you’ve paid for an overnight rental.

A. We can set up on grass or cement. We cannot set up directly on sand. The area must be clear of debris, pets, and obstacles.

A. We require a dedicated 120v outlet. Some units require two outlets. A 75 ft extension cord is provided.

A. A hose long enough to reach the unit is required for waterslides. Some units may require two hoses.

A. Yes, every unit is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between rentals.

A. Yes! We provide inflatables for company events, team-building days, and grand openings.
